Having an office inside you home is a must these days. We all have some days when we work at home, not only that, we need a place to arrange the mail, pay bills, and do our work on the computer. So having an office is really important, and could save you from all the paper and pins in the kitchen drawers.

In this post I will share 3 easy steps to organize ad design your home office. As usual I will share pictures of my favorite home offices.

كلنا احياننا نحتاج نشتغل بالبيت، بغض النظر ايش طبيعة شغلنا. كلنا نحتاج احياننا نطبع اوراق او نجلس تشغل على اللابتوب ونرد على ايميلات او حتى ندرس. نحتاج مكان يجمع كل هالاشياء ويوفر لنا بيئه مريجة ننتج فيها. وجود مكتب بالبيت جدا مهم مو شرط يكون مكتب رسمي وجلد و شغل ابوان، بالعكس كل مكتب لازم يعكس شخصيته المكان واصحابه، بوجود المكتب بترتتبون وبيصير عندكم مكان واحد يجمع كل الادوات ومرتب. بهذا الموضوع بعطيكم 3 خطوات سهله لتصميم وترتيب مكتبكم داخل المنزل، واكيد بشارككم افضل صور المكاتب الي احسها قريبه لستايلي

1- Define you needs حدد احتياجاتك

This is an important stipe, in order to achieve what you want and work, you should be comfortable. Start listing what you need from this space, what are you going to use it for. Also ask yourself, how many times you are going to use it in the day. If you don’t feel comfortable in this space, you will never achieve what you want. answering this questions will help you to chose the place and the furniture and even the accessories and the colors of the place.

هذي اول خطوه واهم خطوه. عشان تنجز بالمكان وانتاجك يصير عالي لازم تكون مرتاح. اسال نفسك ايش تحتاج من المكان، كم مره بتستخدمه، ولايش بتستخدمه. اذا ماكان المكان مريح وفيه كل شي تحتاجه حولك وجلسته مريحه مستحيل تنجز فيه بالشكل المطلوب

2- Chose a good location اختر موقع مناسب

The location of the home office is critical, you want it to be away from the noise. The home office should also be near a window to have the sun light- at least this is what I like, and also don’t forget to have a good lighting at night in that place.

الموقع مهم جدا، اختر مكان بالمنزل مناسب وبعيد شوي عن الازعاج، يعني بعيد عن المطبخ وغرفة الجلوس. انا شخصيا افضل انه يكون بالمكان اضاءه طبيعية بالنهار، ولاتنسون الاضاءه تكون مناسبه باليل بعد

3-Keep it clean and clear حافظ علـى النظافه والترتيب

If you want this office to help you get some work done, Don’t move anything you don’t absolutely need. try to keep it clutter free, and clean. so after chasing you desk and chair that goes with your style( if you don’t know you style check the style series that I do every week) don’t forget to grab some organizers and set some time to clean it and to keep it organized and cuter free always.

من المستحيل ان المكان تقدرون تنجزنون فيه وتتشجعون انكم تشتغلون اذا كان مو مرتب، كثير اشياء بتضيع وبتاخذون وقت تدورونها. بعد ماتختارون المكتب المناسب والكرسي المناسب لكم ولستايل المكان،(اذا ماتعرفون ستايلكم لسا شوفوا سلسة المواضيع الي انزلها الخاصه بالستايل وبتعرفون اكيد ستايلكم المفضل) لاتنسون المنظمات واللوحات الي بتساعدكم ترتبون المكان، اختاروا قطع تساعدكم بالترتيب وماتحتاج مكان كبير. خصصوا وقت لتنظيف المكتب وترتيبه دايم، عشان تكونون دايم متشجعين ويوفو لكم بيئه مناسبه للانجاز.
